There will be grand performances today at Langfield Leisure Park by 4pm. This is the first official activity of NAFEST 2020.
Today’s Grand performances will entail dancing, drumming, and masquerade displays.

NAFEST was initiated in 1970 as a way of promoting cultural integration and providing the platform for the development of indigenous technology and creativity in the fields of arts and science. The NAFEST event to be hosted in Jos will attract participants from 36 states of the Federation and the FCT in a competitive and non-competitive events. The festivities will include performances in dance, drama and music.
In addition there is held an intellectual forum for scholars and cultural administrators for the discussion of issues of cultural development, youth empowerment and nation building.

On Monday, 23rd November, 2020– Opening ceremony will feature performances from Ice Prince, Dantala and group, Ezra Jinang and others at the Rwang Pam Township Stadium starting 10am.
